Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing the AxeAlgo website or purchasing access to our indicators (“we”, “us”, “our”, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You must not be barred from using the Service under the laws of your country. You also need your own TradingView account to receive script access.

3. What we provide

AxeAlgo provides access to proprietary, invite-only Pine Script indicators on TradingView, plus a member area for managing your subscription and access. Specific tools, features, and availability may change over time.

4. Licence and intellectual property

While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use our scripts on TradingView for your own trading. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, publish, resell, sublicense, or share access to the scripts or their source, and you may not share your invite-only access with anyone else. All intellectual property in the scripts, the website, and our content remains ours.

5. Your account

Provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your password secure. Accounts are for a single person — no sharing, pooling, or transferring. Tell us immediately at AxeAlgo4dev@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

6. Billing and Merchant of Record

Our order process is handled by Whop.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all purchases. Whop handles payment, invoicing, applicable taxes, and billing-related support. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current rate for your plan until you cancel. If a founder or promotional rate applies to your plan, it remains locked for as long as your subscription stays continuously active; standard pricing applies to new or lapsed subscriptions. We may change standard prices with reasonable advance notice.

7. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your member dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and is not pro-rated. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or charged back, your invite-only access is revoked.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: share, resell, or redistribute access to the scripts; attempt to extract or reconstruct their source or logic; scrape or overload the website; circumvent access controls or usage limits; or use the Service for anything unlawful. Breach of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on TradingView, and community features use Discord. Those platforms are controlled by third parties and have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, behaviour, or decisions, including any change that affects invite-only script access.

10. No financial advice

AxeAlgo provides analytical tools, not financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Trading — especially in crypto and leveraged products — carries substantial risk of loss. Past performance and backtested or simulated results do not predict future results and often overstate real-world outcomes. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and for validating any tool on your own account before risking capital. See our full Disclaimer.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, non-repainting in every scenario, accurate, or profitable.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AxeAlgo and its team are not liable for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us (via Whop) in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AxeAlgo from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if your payment is reversed. You may stop using the Service at any time by cancelling and ceasing use. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including licence restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — continue to apply.

15. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which AxeAlgo is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
