1. Who this policy covers

This policy explains how AxeAlgo (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles personal data when you visit our website, create an account, or purchase access to our TradingView indicators. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site.

2. Information we collect

Account data — your name, email address, and TradingView username. We need these to create your account and grant invite-only script access on TradingView.

Billing data — your payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Whop. Whop collects and processes your card and billing details directly. We never see or store full card numbers; we receive only the information needed to manage your subscription (for example, plan, status, country for tax, and a transaction reference).

Content you send us — messages submitted through the feedback form, support emails, or Idea Board posts, including any name or email you choose to include.

Technical data — standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps, plus the IP address recorded with a feedback submission for spam prevention.

3. How and why we use it

We use your data to: create and secure your account; deliver and revoke TradingView access; process and support your subscription through Whop; send essential service messages (access confirmations, password resets, billing notices, and material changes to the service); respond to your messages; prevent fraud and abuse; and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, your consent (where asked), and compliance with legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

• Whop — Merchant of Record; billing, invoicing, tax, chargebacks, and billing support.
• TradingView — your username is used to add or remove you from invite-only scripts. Your use of TradingView is governed by their own terms and privacy policy.
• Discord — if you join our community server, that activity is governed by Discord’s own terms and privacy policy.
• Hosting and email providers — to run the website and send transactional email.

We may also disclose data if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of AxeAlgo or others.

5. Cookies

We use only essential first-party cookies needed for the site to work — your login session and cross-site-request-forgery protection. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future, we will update this policy first.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account data for as long as your account exists and for a limited period afterwards to handle disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, and accounting requirements. Billing records are retained by Whop according to their own policy. Feedback submissions are kept until you ask us to remove them or we no longer need them.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights, or withdraw consent, by emailing AxeAlgo4dev@gmail.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

8. International transfers

We and our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or an equivalent lawful mechanism.

9. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, traffic is encrypted in transit, and access to systems is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Use a strong, unique password and keep your credentials private.

10. Children

AxeAlgo is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and where appropriate we will notify you by email.
