How the Algorithm Works

The Fibonacci Confluence Suite is built on a swing anchor that refuses to repaint. Most Fibonacci tools quietly slide their anchor every time a new bar prints a slightly higher high or a slightly lower low — the textbook setup you screenshotted an hour ago isn't the setup the tool is showing you now. Locked Pivot mode anchors on a confirmed swing point that already survived the bars on both sides of it. The anchor only moves when price actually closes through it — a genuine break of structure — and when it does, it snaps to the next real pivot on the opposite side instead of an arbitrary lookback window. On top of that anchor sits a Confluence Score from 0 to 100, printed directly on the Golden Pocket and in the status table. It answers the four questions you'd otherwise hold in your head at once: does this zone line up with the higher timeframe, does it overlap a prior swing's Fibonacci level, is volume actually behind the move, and did the candle confirm. One number instead of four sub-panels. Every Golden Pocket also carries a live status — Fresh, Tested, or Mitigated — and once a zone fully resolves with a clean break through the top or the bottom, the outcome folds into a running Hit-Rate that lives in the status table for as long as the chart has been open. Not a vendor backtest run once on a cherry-picked pair — the tool grading its own homework, live, on the exact symbol and timeframe you trade. A one-click Reverse toggle flips the entire structure — base lines, extensions, Golden Pocket, connector, and bias label — so you can check the opposite read without redrawing anything by hand.

Core Feature Matrix

Locked Pivot swing anchor — confirmed break-of-structure only, 0% repaint on the structural high/low
Confluence Score (0-100): HTF alignment, multi-swing confluence, volume, and reversal-candle confirmation in one number
Historical Hit-Rate — live, self-grading track record of held vs. failed Golden Pockets on your own chart
One-click Reverse toggle flips the entire structure to check the opposite bias instantly
HTF Confluence overlay compares your Golden Pocket against a higher-timeframe pivot, non-repainting
Optional engulfing- and volume-confirmed markers, with a session filter
ATR-based invalidation and target zones, plotted from the harmonic extension already on your chart
Structured JSON alert payloads — symbol, zone, confluence score — for your own webhook or notification endpoint

Asset & Timeframe Recommendations

Crypto (BTC, ETH, SOL)

15-minute to 1-hour for the Locked Pivot anchor to hold a meaningful swing; pair it with a 4-hour or Daily HTF Confluence check rather than scalping timeframes where pivots barely have time to confirm.

Forex (EURUSD, GBPUSD, XAUUSD)

15-minute to 1-hour during London and New York sessions, with HTF Confluence set to 4-hour or Daily — gives the swing anchor and Confluence Score enough structure to actually mean something.

Indices & Futures (NQ, ES, US30)

5-minute to 15-minute rather than 1-minute — Locked Pivot Bars defaults to 10 bars each side, so anchors on very low timeframes update before a real swing has had time to form.

Equities / Stocks

Daily or 4-hour for position-style confluence, or 1-hour intraday with HTF Confluence set to Daily for a genuine higher-timeframe check.

Fibonacci Confluence Suite FAQ

Locked Pivot anchors on a confirmed swing point that only moves when price actually closes through it — a genuine break of structure — so it never repaints on historical bars. Adaptive Fractal is the original public-script method: a sliding lookback window that can still shift the anchor on the most recent, unconfirmed swing. Locked Pivot is the default for exactly this reason; Adaptive Fractal is there if you want the legacy behavior.
No. The score is a composite of four independent inputs — HTF alignment, same-timeframe multi-swing confluence, volume, and a confirming reversal candle — printed as one number instead of four sub-panels you'd otherwise cross-reference by hand. It describes how much confirmation currently lines up, not a probability of success. Use it alongside your own risk management, not instead of it.
Flips the entire structure in one click — base lines, extensions, Golden Pocket, connector, and bias label — so you can check the opposite read of the exact same swing without redrawing anything by hand.
Every time a Golden Pocket fully resolves — a clean break through the top or the bottom, not just a wick — it's logged as a held bounce or a failed break. That tally builds live in the status table for as long as the chart has been open. It's specific to the exact symbol and timeframe you're looking at, not a vendor backtest run once on a cherry-picked pair.
No. It's a Pine Script chart overlay. It can fire alerts — including structured JSON payloads with the zone and Confluence Score — that you can wire into your own webhook or notification setup, but it doesn't execute trades itself.
