If it isn't right for your workflow, email AxeAlgo4dev@gmail.com within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. Refunds are processed through Whop, our merchant of record, and typically land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

What the Guarantee Covers

The guarantee applies to your first payment on a new subscription — the initial monthly, quarterly, or yearly charge — and to one refund per customer. Later renewals are not automatically covered, which is why every plan can be cancelled in one click from your Member Dashboard before it renews. If a renewal charges after you meant to cancel, contact support anyway and we'll sort it out.

Access Revocation on Refund

When a refund is issued, your invite-only permissions on TradingView and your member role in Discord are removed. Re-subscribing later starts a new subscription at the standing rate available at that time.
